Parsons Professional Park, located just south of Martin Luther King Blvd. on busy Parsons Ave. in Seffner, Fl., is our newest collection of individually owned office and professional buildings. This is the fastest growing area of Hillsborough County, close to amenities of both Riverview and Brandon yet still free from the intense congestion of those communities. Collier Weeks Professional Park is located on the northwest corner of Collier Parkway and Weeks Blvd, just across the street from the Pasco County Public Library, sporting complex, and recereational park. Collier Weeks Professional Park is our newest collection of individually owned office and professional buildings. Site work is expected to begin in the late summer of 2025 and we expect to be constructing buildings in the fall of 2025. . The site is beautifully located on the West side of Collier close to amenities of Pasco County and the booming upscale retail area on State Road 56 and I-75. It is convenient distance to nearly everything and has one of the most recognizable addresses in South Pasco County. Foundation Park Professional Center , 2641 Fruitville Rd, Sarasota , Florida , a Collection of individually owned professional buildings, is in the planning and pre development phase at this time. This site is just west of the intersection of Turtle Rd and Fruitville Rd, just north of Sarasota’s vibrant downtown business and residential district. It is in close proximity to the cultural activities of Sarasota, the beaches, and upscale shopping districts, as well as numerous medical facilities and hospitals. It is on the principal artery to downtown Sarasota from I-75. This is the most dynamic area of Sarasota and it is currently experiencing explosive growth.
